Riding up the peak

So. Had a good dinner last night might have over ordered on the grub but was surprisingly hungry and smashed it. Just before dinner we had headed over the star ferry and through Kowloon park.
Nice and early one today out the apartment by 9am HK time. got a bit of breakfast on route to the MTR (underground). Using our octopus card (like oyster card) headed over to central and walked to the tram that runs up to the peak.
The peak being the highest point in Hong Kong, about 500m not that high. Still hits a 26’angle on the way up. Pretty awesome views from the top, see below. A look around the top and then we head back down.
Nexton the 70 bus of to Aberdeen, HK. Alsve where the skyscrapers meet the sea and traditional fishing vessels. Even after much persuasion we refused a tour on a boat.
After a look around we headed to Green River Restaurant and I ended up with rice and pork and chicken curry very very nice. The food here is ace 🙂
Back to central and just out of the main area we headed to the Man mo temple, interesting but nothing special. From here we headed back to the apartment and on route stopped of foot a couple of beers. Today hit 32’C and 60% humidity!
